Reviews and Ratings
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Termini station and surrounded by small restaurants. The rooms, despite being in an adjacent building, are clean and come with a mini buffet. The service is professional and friendly, with excellent English-speaking staff. The dining options are basic with just a few items available. Overall, a convenient choice for a budget stay with some minor inconveniences.
At the beginning, the rooms were in bad condition and not like the photos promoting the hotel, with nil amenities. However, the service directly below the annex was very kind and helpful—even at 3 am! Special thanks for providing hot water for my baby and offering a discount of 10% off our bill. The location is awesome, just 3 minutes walking to Rome Termini station where you can catch any travel method. Despite the noisy beds and basic air conditioning, the proximity to Termini and bus stops makes it convenient for exploring Rome. The dining experience was below expectations after a couple of days, with a continental offering limited to just cheese and ham, although there was a large variety of pastries. The facilities were basic, but the value for money was noticeable.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini, making it easy to explore Rome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a clean and nicely decorated bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the dining options could be improved with more variety, but the location is a major plus point for this hotel.
The hotel offers snug, clean, and comfortable rooms, but the difficulty with opening the door and dim lighting was a minor inconvenience. The service was mostly pleasant, with a friendly staff and a welcoming discount offer of 10% off the bill. The location is awesome, just a 3-minute walk from Termini station, providing easy access to key attractions and transportation options. However, the dining experience, mainly breakfast, was subpar with limited options, and some found it terrible. Despite some shortcomings, the overall value for money was satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be a great choice for my stay in Rome. The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff was polite. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, and just a short walk from Termini Station. However, the breakfast was not impressive, lacking variety like a toaster, but overall, I would definitely consider staying here again if I were to return to Rome.
I found this hotel to be a great choice in Rome. The rooms were snug, clean, and comfortable, equipped with the basics like air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. The staff was polite, although the breakfast didn't offer much variety. Despite the lack of a toaster, I would definitely stay here again due to its proximity to top attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain, as well as being just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station.
